teambits GmbH was founded as a spin-off company in 2008, after several years of research at the Fraunhofer’s Integrated Publication and Information Systems Institute (IPSI) and the Fraunhofer Institute for Computer Graphics Research (IGD) in Darmstadt. There, it gained extensive experience in IT-based realization of facilitation and moderation concepts. It emphasizes the design of efficient human-computer interaction and software usability. Teambits is experienced in development of groupware, cooperative software, and reliable software systems.
