Targetlaw has been released as a free attorney directory. Attorneys (lawyers) can create a free profile and listing. This listing can include practice area, firm name, locations, Attorney Overview, and Summary Discription. Targetlaw is also now a legal article submission site allowing lawyers to publish articles.
