At tape.tv the user is able to watch individualized music television on demand at any time and can tune into a program that addresses various music tastes.

In addition to licensed content from all major and some independent labels, tape.tv offers original programming such as roof top concerts and individually designed artist’s channels.

Currently the service attracts 3.3 Mio. Unique Users (AGOF: August 2011) and is available in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Since its founding, tape.tv has obtained an increasing number of strategic partners such as internet platforms, online networks, and traditional media companies. Among these partners are: Facebook, ZDF, bild.de, spiegel.de, Yahoo!Music, Rolling Stone, etc.

The company was founded by Conrad Fritzsch and Stephanie Renner in 2008.
