As a result of the acquisition of Amgen Kabushiki Kaisha by Takeda Pharmaceutical Co., Amgen Kabushiki Kaisha’s name was changed. As of April 1, 2008, Takeda Bio Development Center Ltd. operates as a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd.
