Tagworld is social networking site that launched in late 2005. Similar to MySpace, they’re aimed at the crowded teen/young adult social networking market.
Similar to MySpace, Tagworld lets users create and customize profile pages containing all sorts of multimedia (text, photos, video). However, in June 2006 Tagworld launched a widget platform that strongly differentiated it from MySpace. The widgets are usable on any website, and TagWorld has been heavily promoting the use of the widgets on competing social networks.
