Restorepoint RSP - designed for end user networks where the Restorepoint RSP solution will backup & restore configurations from supported multi-vendor devices.
Restorepoint MSP - The Restorepoint MSP appliance is designed for capacity and reliability. With very large redundant, hot-swappable internal storage and redundant hot-swappable power supply, the Restorepoint MSP is aimed at Service Providers and will support up to 10,000 devices. With the new role-based administration, Service Providers can configure separate administration domains for each of their customers, and give each customer visibility of the configurations of their own devices, audit logs, or even the ability of perform backups and restores.

Web Interface
All operations of Restorepoint can be performed through the web UI, which is arranged into various tabs. The arrangement of tabs and screens in the UI are simple to use. Step-by-step instructions for performing various operations have been provided in the form of context-sensitive help, wherever necessary.
Audit
Audit records contain the list of all operations performed with details such as who performed the operation, timestamp and the result of the operation.
Automatic Updates
• Plug-ins for new devices are deployed automatically and are free of charge to customers.
• Customer can request new plugins to be developed for appliances not currently supported.
