SvcMart.com is an online community where users can post requests and vendors can post proposals. Typical services offered are family household, home improvement, and student tutoring. Requesters can invite vendors to post proposals on their requests and each request will send out lead emails to matching vendors. Requesters can rate vendor’s services and users can post comments on vendor’s proposal.
