SurveyGizmo

SurveyGizmo is a platform for building online forms and surveys for marketing, lead generation and research projects.

Users use SurveyGizmo to create surveys, landing pages, polls, quizzes, contact forms, ticketing queues and mobile marketing campaigns.

In addition to form validation and skip logic, SurveyGizmo has turnkey integration with SalesForce.com and ExactTarget. Their API allows you to pull form and response data into third party applications and web sites.

SurveyGizmo has over 1,800 paying customers and over 35,000 free users. Based in Boulder, Colorado, the company has been profitable since day one. Customers include Gulfstream Aerospace, MarketingSherpa, CMP Media, NASA, Stanford University, Wellington Management, Federal Express, Valpak and Whole Foods Market.
