The Availability Services segment provides a portfolio of standby recovery services, advanced recovery and managed services, and consulting services and software that help companies maintain uninterrupted access to their mission-critical IT systems. This segment serves various industries primarily in North America and Europe. The company is based in Wayne, Pennsylvania. SunGard Data Systems Inc. is a subsidiary of SunGard Holdco LLC.
