SugarTrip allows users to use GPS in their phones to measure how quickly street traffic is moving. The application will also help users plot new routes.
This is one of the most clever uses of GPS/Next Gen phones around right now! I think this is a very ambitious "green project" and I hope it gets a ton of adoption. Good luck!
