Stratos International sells its products through a network of representatives, distributors, and direct sales professionals primarily in North America, Europe, Asia, and Central America. The company was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. Stratos International Inc. operates independently of Methode Electronics Inc. as of April 30, 2001. As of July 12, 2007, Stratos International Inc. is a subsidiary of Emerson Network Power Connectivity Solutions, Inc.
