Startup Stock Exchange (SSX) is a public stock exchange that allows any startup anywhere to raise money from anyone worldwide by selling ownership shares to global investors. The publically traded stock can be bought or sold at anytime. The Exchange will operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
