Spruse is a meta search engine that launched in the first week of January 2011. Along with its ability to crawl the web with its advanced web spiders, Spruse searches multiple search engines filtering all un-useful and unwanted results and returning fast and relevant ones.
Spruse was founded by Amar Chugg, an 19 year old college student. He was fond of search engines since he was a teenager and wanted to create one that would be different and at the same time could help searchers find what they couldn’t find on other search engines.
Spruse gives its users several options to search the world wide web. There is no doubt that Search Engines have became an integral part of our daily Internet and web activities and Spruse surely delivers a fresh taste of solutions. When results are displayed on Spruse, users are offered many options to search several top sites with a single click, on the left side. Along with the other features of Spruse, this is a key feature that differentiates Spruse from other search engines and it’s clear that Spruse will evolve into something big further down the line.
