iSpy is a mobile location-based twist on the popular game “I spy with my little eye. It’s a global, crowdsourced, never ending scavenger hunt for the iPhone.
There are three ways to play iSpy: 1) Players can create their own iSpy games by taking a picture of something they want other players to find.
2) Players can solve other player’s iSpy games by finding the object in the picture and snapping their own picture of it.
3) Watch iSpy being played in real time all over the world by verifying solutions. Players compare the game’s original picture to a random player’s solution and give it a thumbs up if it matches, thumbs down if it doesn’t.
iSpy players earn P’s (points) for playing. XP’s are awarded for creating and playing iSpy games and BP’s are rewarded when someone plays your iSpy game. Every player is ranked in their city, state and country.
