Socialibrium provides relationship management tools for people who don’t use CRM.
These are people whose professions and livelihood revolve around their ability to manage and maintain relationships. This includes consultants, lawyers, accountants, wealth managers…. even personal trainers.
These are all people who are client facing, but would never consider themselves “in sales” and thus, generally don’t use existing CRM tools as they are too complex.
What you do find is that these people tend to use a patchwork of manual and inefficient processes that revolve around “to-do” lists, spreadsheets, email inboxes, and Outlook reminders.
Socialibrium automates these manual and inefficient processes, allowing the individual to focus on maintaining the relationship; not writing about it.
Socialibrium does this by automatically taking the data generated in day-to-day communications – each email sent; each call made; the meetings entered into a calendar – consolidating it into a single platform, and then reflecting the health of each client relationship in a color coded dashboard. Essentially providing a “heat map” for their customer network.
Socialibrium’s iPhone prototype has moved into beta, and just announced the launch of “Scale”, Socialibrium for the Blackberry, planned for this fall.
