You walk into a store, Tap your phone, and instantly the store employees know who you are and what your favorite foods or items are. Upon checkout you can have your coupons redeemed automatically, your loyalty card punched and your receipt emailed to the e-mail account of your choice.
Retailers can build relationships with their customers and start connecting with those customers on a deeper level by identifying the customers by name and providing them with an unprecedented level of personalized service.

Koupah is what we like to call a Point of Social Platform, we connect retailers with their customers to form better relationships and ultimately increase customer loyalty. The customers experience is a quick and simpler checkout with a personal touch. The user simply taps or scans their phone against the Koupah and automatically their loyalty card is punched, coupons redeemed and receipt is emailed. The Cashier is able to greet that customer by name, offer the customer the usual, and check on previous orders, all looping back to building better relationships.
Additionally, Koupah can eliminate credit card fees all together for the retailer. Since Koupah marries Social Media with Point of Sale we are able to allow brands, agencies and local businesses to reach their targeted and highly valued demographics by delivering personalized advertising on the customer’s receipt. The advertising fees we then receive are applied to subsidize, even eliminate the credit card processing fee from AMEX, Visa, MC or Discover, putting 10K, 20K or 30K+ a year back into the pocket of the retailer.
