SnapVR provides online rental management software for those managing vacation rentals. Owners who manage renting of their own vacation property as well as management companies utilize the software to keep track of dates available, quotes outstanding and booked guests. Rental property can include condos, houses, villas, cabins, flats, villas and even yachts. Hotels, lodges, resorts and B&B’s have long had rental management software. The software provided by SnapVR is oriented to the smaller property owner or management company.
The software is hosted on the web, i.e. the Software as a Service model, and is available on a subscription basis. Development began in 2009 and the initial launch of the service occurred in 2010. The company is structured as an LLC and is privately owned.
