sms.at is Austria’s leading communication portal since 1999 and today covers a wide range of activities from providing mobile communication and entertainment solutions for B2C clients, advertising services and messaging solutions for B2B clients.

Originally started as free-SMS portal in 1999 building up massive research sms.at successfully turned into a premium model in 2002. Together with the emerging business of selling mobile content the company soon achieved break-even. Since its early beginnings sms.at was also focusing on forming a community around the product experience which resulted in the launch of a social network in 2007. Today, the company’s business is split in three units:

• B2C (SMS Services for B2C, Mobile Content for B2C & B2O, Social Networking)
• B2B (Mobile Messaging & Marketing Solutions, Online & Mobile Advertising Services)
• mysms (Mobile Messaging Application for iOS & Android)

sms.at is a 100% subsidiary of Mobile Entertainment leader Buongiorno Spa.
