Smilebox

Smilebox is a service that allows users to communicate creatively with friends and family. Instead of being restricted to sending stock greeting cards or photos, users have numerous options. They can choose between hundreds of multimedia designs, personalize them with photos, videos, music, and words, and create scrapbooks, slide shows, post cards, and photo books. Smilebox allows users to share these easily via email, print, or blog.

Smilebox refers to themselves as a “creative messaging” service, using multimedia to build upon related fields like ecards, scrapbooking, and photo services.

I have been billed a $39.99 charge on my American Express and your website is terrible about telling someone how to get in contact about a billing dispute. I did not make the charge.

Oh, and by the way, for all you crybabies that posted above -- you can reach smilebox at business@smilebox.com or 425-881-9475. Do your research before you start posting negative responses. I'm still a satisfied customer!!

I can't imagine anyone not being happy with Smilebox. You can use it for free, or you can pay for an extended version. I am a very satisfied, happy paying customer (since 2007). I've had several photo softwares (PhotoShow -- which sucks) and this is by far the best. You can print out scrapbook pages, make a DVD to send to relatives, add your own music, videos, etc. It's wonderful, I love it!!!!

I downloaded the free version at Christmas. I used it and had to upgrade to the Premium version, thought I was paying a one time fee and now they are charging me every month. It is a nice site for people who have nothing better to do than sit on it. I don't want the premium version but there are no instructions how to get out of it and OF Course they don't have a phone number to call for customer service.

Dear unhappy user! I was very close to download this freeware. Many thank“s for your warning. I will absolutely avoid this program.

I downloaded this Smilebox program and decided I did not want it and it cannot be removed from my computer. I have deleted every trace of it, but everytime I turn on my computer it keeps popping up. It installs itself into my computer against my will and any product or company that allows it's product to do that is not good
