SiteRemark is a contextualized communication tool that easily integrates into any website allowing the gap between customers and companies to grow smaller and smaller.

It simplifies customer service and support to a centralized system allowing customers to see progress of their questions, comments, and ideas while promoting a sense of community around the company. Customers are able to answer each others questions as well as receive ‘official responses’ from company employees.
