Silicon Arabia is a company very similar to Softbank (Japan) or Alibaba (China): it grows several businesses inside its “mother-ship” then it spins them off into separate companies meant to be individually listed on the stock exchange.
The main idea is to “clone” proven business models which are successful in the United States, China or South Korea and adapt them for the Arab countries.
Silicon Arabia is active in the Arab market (roughly 27% of the Chinese population and 38% of the Chinese GDP).
