Shumbi is a next generation, pre-IPO, semantic discovery, document management, multi touch and annotation software company.
Our first OEM customer, Japanese PC peripheral manufacturer Wacom, launched their bundling of our Shumbi Discover product branded Bamboo Explore with their multi-touch tablets this September 2009.
Bamboo Explore incorporates our multi-touch gesture recognition engine, which is based on a C++ framework and can be deployed on Windows 7 or other mobile platforms (such as Linux, Symbian, Maemo etc).
