Shoutwire.com is a user driven social news site that lets users upload news articles, videos, pictures, and blogs which are then ranked democratically by either “Shouts” or “Bashes”.

Shoutwire was launched in 2004 and since then has built a community of over 3,000,000 members. In 2007 the Company launched a toolbar that allowed users to submit media from any site they visited.
