ShoutPlans is a social planning platform that provides a way to quickly discover, who is available and interested in a similar activity or event, among your friends, acquaintances and strangers, while offering the flexibility to take advantage of these serendipitous or planned social opportunities on the fly.

ShoutPlans focuses on what activities people want to do and when (a pre check-in to an activity) by providing a user, through Shoutouts, the ability to broadcast what people are doing, want to do, or plan on doing (i.e. grabbing coffee, wanting to see a movie, or going skiing), without the preconceived notion of a place, a time, or an attendee list.
