Shmoop is a digital textbook publisher, offering lively learning guides created by experts and educators. Shmoop writers come from Ph.D. and Masters programs at Stanford, Harvard, and Berkeley.

Shmoop aims to make its readers better lovers (of literature, history, poetry, civics, life…).

Shmoop subjects span from middle school to college levels, with an emphasis on high school curriculum.

Shmoop’s mission: To make learning and writing fun and relevant for students in the digital age.
