SharesVault is platform for Non-IPO private investments. India has more than 3,50,00,000 Micro-Small-Medium-Enterprises of which 8,00,000 are private limited companies. India also has over 1,53,000 High Net worth Individuals.

SharesVault is a platform that helps High Net worth Individuals(HNI’s) to invest in private company securities.

Contrary to real-time transaction that has risks of being speculated, we will carefully evaluate transactions during the one week holding period. Our empaneled vendors include Rating Agencies, Lawyers, Background Check firms, Valuation Firms who independently work to ensure that only genuine companies and investors are using our platform.

Members can also use DEMAT facilities if they want to if they do not want to hold physical shares.
