As of August 20, 2008, SGX Pharmaceuticals, Inc. was acquired by Eli Lilly & Co. SGX Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a biotechnology company, focuses on the discovery, development, and commercialization of therapeutics for addressing unmet medical needs in oncology.
