Store owner Shota Montoya, is a food aficionado. She spends most of her time in the kitchen cooking and baking all kinds of stuff and letting her family and neighbors try her concoctions. She loves seafood above all and is a huge fan of lobsters which she has a number of recipes. When not in the kitchen, Shota can be seen in her garden, tending to her flowers. She grows roses, geraniums, hydrangeas, orchids and other ornamental plants in her front yard. Shota also loves to read romance and fantasy novels and is a member of her community’s local book club.
