Sécuribox is a secured file manager that automatically collect and centralize all the official documents that individuals have to keep.
People receive more and more electronic documents that they have to keep on a mid/long term basis : invoices, pay slips, statement of accounts, … All these documents are spread on various user interfaces, and users have to remember dozen of different IDs and passwords.
With Sécuribox, just enter your ID and password into the corresponding “Agent Web”, and Sécuribox will connect to your account every day to check if a new document is available for you. If this is the case, Sécuribox will collect it, and secure it in your account.
People can then archive, organize and manage all their official documents. They can also follow and optimize their consumption for each service with personal dashboards. Day after day, we build for you an electronic cabinet where all your official documents and data are stored.
Your banker ask for a proof of residency? Easy : just send him your last electricity invoice through your Sécuribox’s account. Your insurer wants an invoice to refund you? Easy: it’s securely stored in your Sécuribox’s account!
