Scripted provides freelance writing services for small businesses. Scripted has a pool of 80,000 writers, who have been vetted by area of expertise. Businesses can come to Scripted and buy blog posts at a flat rate of $39 for up to 500 words and $1 for social media posts. Scripted matches businesses with writers by area of expertise.
Scripted was launched as a subsidiary of [Scripped.com] (http://www.crunchbase.com/company/scripped), a screenwriting software company. Scripped officially changed its name to Scripted in November of 2011.
