It was found with a plan to leverage the most valuable advantages of mobile platforms (iPhone, Android, BlackBerry, …) and to build highly needed applications. From the point of view of technology, strengths of the team are
Primary Scientific Software activity is the development of iRemote Platform. Primary concept of it is the development of extensible, portable, fast, reliable and open platform for remote controlling of desktop computers via mobile device. The first public event within the project occurred in May. iRemote Suite application for iPhone appeared in Apple AppStore. For now, it supports controlling Mac and PC computers running any OS from MacOSX or Windows families.
With wide variety of features (screen sharing, keyboard and mouse controlling, shell access) this application evolves intensively. Ports to other widespread mobile platforms (Android, BlackBerry, Windows Mobile, J2ME, …) are pending.
