San Francisco and Barcelona exemplify, respectively, the power of cities to function as regional hubs for innovation, leadership, and societal transformation. The goal of this memorandum of Understanding, and the official establishment a sister city relationship, is to father existing collaborative ties between the two cities as well as to cultivate new economic, scientific, and cultural exchanges in future.
MISSION: Promote the connection between Barcelona and San Francisco through Economic, Academic, Technological and Cultural expertise.
VISION: The two cities will be intertwined through Institutions, Companies and Communities
