For the demand, our market segment have an option to either take the cash from the item they are trading in or put that amount as a down payment for an electronic item they are interested in. Competitor Our Trade & Demand program is different from our competitors in a way that, our competitors like do the trade, they do not give customers an option of either use those credits towards purchasing a newer item or just take the cash. But Safaricross we do offer that option.
