Resolute Marine Energy is a Boston startup whose technology harnesses wave energy for power generation, and transports seawater to on-shore desalination facilities. Basically, Resolute Marine Energy uses the power of the ocean to produce drinkable water and electricity. The company is supported by DOE grants, and was the 2010 winner of the Global Entrepreneurship Week’s Startup Open competition.
