RentFair specialises in residential property letting for private landlords. In a nutshell, it tries to bring the functionality and coverage normally only available to commercial letting agents, to the individual private landlord.
Letting agents are permitted to add properties to the site, but only if they clearly specify any charges made to tenants on their property advertisement.
