Created in 2002 by Jean-Baptiste Descroix-Vernier, Rentabiliweb Group is one of Europe leading audience providers and monetizing solutions dedicated to enhance websites profitability. The Group offers to professionals and webmasters the most important platform of monetization for their traffic, which integrates payment solutions and micropayment.

In addition, the Group develops Direct Marketing solutions and online advertising networks with alternative solutions such as auctioning advertising spaces.

Rentabiliweb count over more than 200 co-works in France, Belgium, Rumania, Russia, Bulgaria, Canada… The Group delivered 50.5 million euro turnover in 2007, 56.3 in 2008, 65.4 in 2009, and 90 million turnover in 2010.

Leader in its sector of activity, Rentabiliweb Group is listed since 2011 on Euronext B Segment (stock exchange market). Bernard Arnault Group (La Peingé SA), Lov Group (Stephane Courbit’s Holding), Pierre Bergé and PPR (Freefloat) are key shareholder beside founders of Rentabiliweb (Saint-Georges Finance). The Group welcomes outstanding personalities of the media and Internet sector such as Jean-Marie Messier, Eric Licoys and Gilles Lioret on its Board Directors.

Since 2011, june 30th, Rentabiliweb Group becomes a member of the “Groupement Carte Bancaire”, a decisive stage in the imminent provision of payment solutions. The Groupement Carte Bancaire, created in 1984, is responsible for organising the CB interbank system by means of three fundamental tasks: managing interbank cooperation, guaranteeing the security of the CB interbank system and organising the authorisation and clearing of transactions between its members. Rentabiliweb has thus become the first Payment Institution specialised in the acquisition of online transactions to join the interbank trade association.

Rentabiliweb Europe (a subsidiary of Rentabiliweb Group) is divided into several activities in order to answer the most diverse requirement: R-Publishing, Rentabiliweb Micropayment, Rentabiliweb Roumania, Mailorama (FR/SP), 128b, Rentabiliweb Télécom, Rentabiliweb Interactive, Rshop…

Rentabiliweb is a company that engages its social responsibility in the areas of actvities it develops. The Group strictly applies the 10 principles established by the UN through the Global Compact. The Group is eligible to FCIC, with the label “Innovative Company” by OSEO, and received certfcaton PCI-DSS for its platform cashing card.
