The RentCompass iPhone app combines the rich functions of Google maps, GPS into a very easy and powerful house hunting tool, and call and email landlords with a single touch.
The iPhone’s GPS helps users search for rentals near the user’s current position, alternatively, the user can select a different neighborhood or city to conduct the search. Property details are provided for each listing such as features and photos of that property. The search can be refined by adjusting the filter by price, bedroom and bathroom count. The favorites features allows users to add properties they like for a later review even when they don’t have network connection.

The RentCompass Android app makes house hunting on Android more convenient when you are on the go. The RentCompass Facebook App, allows users to do their houses hunting right on Facebook. Users can use the embedded Google Map to search for rentals, share postings with friends, message them or simply chat with them to ask for opinion.
