MeetingMade™ is a web-based meeting scheduling tool that automates and simplifies the scheduling of meetings by removing the tedious ‘back & forth’ over the phone or email. The application has been tested to work effectively with as many as 50 participants.
MeetingMade allows you to share your availability without disclosing or compromising your personal schedule in an easy-to-use, web-based interface. MeetingMade then calculates the best meeting time for everyone.
What makes it disruptive is the fact that it is a pure web-application that does not require any downloading of software. Unlike all of its competitors, MeetingMade applies an algorithm that allows all of the meeting participants to negotiate the ideal meeting time in real time.
Meetings created with MeetingMade integrate with all of today’s email programs, web services and mobile devices; and, its the only solution in the marketplace that 100% respects the RFC guidelines for email and iCalendar.
Only the meeting originator needs to be a subscriber and the participants can use it for free. With calendaring programs that offer shared calendars such as Exchange, Lotus Notes, and Google, everyone needs to be part of the same group and everyone needs to be committed to managing and maintaining their schedules. For many enterprises, creating internal meetings may be tedious but possible.
