REBIScan, was founded in 2009 as the culmination of 20 years of research in pediatric vision scanning with the goal of bringing this technology into the hands of pediatricians worldwide. The company was the recipient of the second largest Phase I SBIR award from the National Eye Institute in 2010, and was named a finalist in the 2011 MassChallenge competition. With headquarters in Cambridge, MA, the company is poised to change the way children’s vision is tested by providing technology that is easy to operate, cost-effective, and highly accurate and that can be deployed by pediatric practitioners in the medical home.
