RealSelf is a user generated content site focusing on health, beauty, and anti-aging.

RealSelf offers three primary community features:

• RealSelf Reviews offers user-reviews on anti-aging and beauty products. A unique factor about RealSelf includes its spam algorithm, which will hunt and kill smam reviews.
• RealSelf Answers, a community network where health professionals (primarily seems to be Plastic Surgeons) answer questions put in by RealSelf users.
• The RealSelf Index ranks treatments by the “was it worth it” ratings that users provide in their reviews

Note that Zillow CEO, Rich Barton is an angel investor in RealSelf. There are various similar companies in the web health space; some include: Healthline, OrganizedWisdom, and iMedix.
