RealSelf.com is a social media site focused on connecting consumers interested in elective, medically-administered aesthetics - cosmetic surgery, dermatology, dental, and vision procedures.

RealSelf offers three primary community features:

RealSelf Reviews offers consumer reviews on cosmetic treatments, ranging from Liposuction to Laser skin treatments to Lasik.
RealSelf Q&A Forum, a community network where health professionals (board certified plastic surgeons, dermatologists, as well as cosmetic dentists) answer questions posed by community members. Discussions about these topics are often the start of forum-like threads.
The RealSelf Worth It Index (http://www.realself.com/was-it-worth-it) ranks treatments by the “was it worth it” ratings that users provide in their reviews
