Readyforce’s vision is to build an online environment focused on helping college students launch their careers. Readyforce will provide access to companies that are not participating in traditional campus recruiting and job boards, innovative ways to leverage their existing social and professional networks, and resources to educate and explore career options.

Our first student-oriented product, The Common Job Application, is designed to connect students from top colleges around the country to fast growing startups and technology companies. Students complete 1 online application and 1 video interview and gain exposure to hundreds of the most innovative companies in the US. Companies can search deep student profiles, watch recorded video interviews and hire top students without formal campus recruiting programs.
