Radical.FM is an independently owned and operated webcasting facility.
Radical.FM is a web based internet radio startup. The Radical music player combines passive Stations (like Pandora), active Playlists (like Spotify & Rhapsody), social RadCast (like Turntable.FM), and a sister service Radical Indie (like MySpace).
RadCast makes every musician and user the owner of a broadcast radio station. Musicians will be able to have their fans listen to their music stream in real time (whether composed of their music or others). A DeeJay function will allow hosts to speak live to their audience, where they can discuss not only their music, but also conduct interviews, promote tours, etc.
For Radical Indie, a separate player is provided for Indie artists and bands to upload their music & basic information – Image, genre, where it can be purchased, etc.
Radical Indie is open for artist & bands to begin uploading and is currently waiting to obtain a critical mass of tracks before launch.
