Racked Hosting LLC was primarily a web hosting company that has moved on to much more such has stream hosting and now also has a dedicated department that deals with web design & development.

Although they do have an in-house server management software that isn’t sold and an acquired product, SCPanel, they’ve been working on their first owned web service called Filttr which went into public beta recently. It’s a service which attempts to “make more sense of Twitter”. They also seem to offer tweets via IM in addition to their web/mobile interface and an a desktop (air) app.
