RaceBets.com claims to be one of Europe’s leading online bookmakers offering horse betting. Founded in 2006 as a daughter company of online sports book bet-at-home since 2009 they are independent from any other bookmaker. In 2010 the company moved from Germany to Malta and the German Racing Association acquired 40% of the shares.
