R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company (RR Donnelley) is a provider of integrated communications. The Company provides provide premedia, printing, logistics and business process outsourcing products and services. The Company operates primarily in the commercial print portion of the printing industry. On June 18, 2009, the Company acquired Prospectus Central, LLC (Prospectus), an e-delivery company located in Fitzgerald, Georgia. Prospectus’s operations are included in the United States Print and Related Services segment. On January 2, 2009, the Company acquired PROSA, a Web printing company located in Santiago, Chile. PROSA’s operations, which produce magazines, catalogs, retail inserts and soft-cover textbooks are included in the International segment. In November 2010, the Company acquired Bowne & Co. Inc., a provider of shareholder and marketing communications services. In December 2010, the Company acquired Nimblefish Technologies.
