QUENTIQ believes that the combination of mobile technologies with social networking and principles from gaming have the power to facilitate lifestyle behavior change in individuals.

QUENTIQ has developed a fun, easy-to-use and secure way to manage your personal health, lifestyle and fitness, called the QUENTIQ Health Platform. QUENTIQ has an integrated view of health by integrating all lifestyle components such as physical activity, nutrition, stress and sleep. All these lifestyle components influence and interact with each other and this is the reasons QUENTIQ looks at in an integrated way.

QUENTIQ calculates your personal QUENTIQ Health Score®, an indicator of your current health status in a number between 1 (low) and 1000 (high), which is the result of who you are, how you perceive your quality of life, and all your lifestyle choices and activities. QUENTIQ is not a diagnostic tool but a lifestyle product.

QUENTIQ offers an own tracker application called the “QUENTIQ Tracker” to automatically track all activities without manual entry on the system. It is available for iPhone, Android and BlackBerry in the respective stores. QUENTIQ also allows to use other fitness tracking devices and can connect to external biosensor devices, such as weight scales, blood pressure cuffs or heart rate bands.

Gamification principles with level systems, achievements and rewards, fitness leagues and challenges have been incorporated in the platform as well as group dynamics through an own social network.
