Queerfeed Media, based in Toronto, Canada, is licensed to operate http://www.queerfeed.com - a web service that enables gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered people to interact by sharing local information, status updates, videos, events and links. Queerfeed is one of the first services that combines elements of Twitter, Digg and Yelp into one application tailored specifically to LGBT audiences.
Queerfeed is testing, and within a few weeks will launch, a mobile service built to provide LGBT audiences location-based functionality similar to what products like Foursquare and Gowalla provide to the ‘everyone’ audience.
