Quantenna Communications, Inc., a fabless semiconductor company, develops silicon for wireless high definition video home networking that delivers wireless bandwidth in North America. Its products include Quantenna High Speed (QHS) 1000, an integrated chipset solution; QHS600 and QHS450, the integrated single chip solutions; Quantenna OS, an access point operating software that runs on the Quantenna family of products, as well as enables equipment vendors to port their software features on to Quantenna chipsets; and QHS Plug, an access point that plugs into an electrical outlet. The company’s QHS1000, QHS600, and QHS450 chip solutions combine a radio transceiver/antenna, concurrent dual band mode, mesh networking, and transmit beamforming for delivering bandwidth for home or office. Quantenna Communications’s products are used in home networking, enterprise wireless local area network, and carrier triple-play service applications, as well as consumer electronics, such as home residential gateways, set-top boxes, routers, high definition (HD) televisions, and consumer electronic devices, which supports home HD video distribution and networking on Wi-Fi networks. It sells products through distributors in Kanagawa, Japan; and Gyeonggi-Do, Korea. Quantenna Communications, Inc. was founded in 2006 and is headquartered in Fremont, California with additional offices in India, Europe, and the United States, as well as in Taipei, Taiwan.
