Qiro GmbH runs the mobile & online community Qiro. As a unique service for the handset, Qiro connects a community with a localization- and buddy finder-service as well as providing over a million static/dynamic points of interest over a backgroup of digital maps.

The service answers the most frequently asked question automatically: “where are you?” Qiro continuously shows its users where they are currently located, who is near-by at that time and what is happening in that area as well as enabling the user to make low-priced contact with friends.

Qiro offers business partners via its location based services an extensive and innovative level of advertising that can be distributed to customers pending on where they are about at the time.

In order to receive the service, users can register via PC and download the software free of charge onto their mobile phone. Qiro is currently usable in all German mobile networks.
