qidiq allows you to send or embed questions in emails that can be answered with a single click.
qidiq calls their mechanism “One Tap Feedback” and according to qidiq this results in a 3-4x higher response rate versus sending surveys via email. Once people tap the answer they want, they’re taken to qidiq’s site where they can add an optional comment and view the results.
qidiq can whitelabel your question emails and send them on your behalf or you can embed the questions in MailChimp/AWeber/Cake Mail/Constant Contact campaigns.
After qidiq’s collected your feedback you can export your data any time to be imported into Excel for analysis.
